The TAM (mechanical aptitude test) consists of 68 multiple choice questions with a time limit of 30 minutes and can be administered online only.

The TAM is used to identify people with good abilities of mechanical reasoning and spatial perception. The test measures the ability of a person to understand and implement his / her knowledge of the physical and mechanical elements in practical situations or in their work environment.

The TAM is used to assess the following:

Mechanical and electrical aptitude
Knowledge of physics fundamentals
spatial visualization
practical deduction of "how things work »
