The Entrepreneurial Personality Styles Inventory (EPSI) is designed to evaluate your principle entrepreneurial characteristics and to identify your entrepreneurial type.
 
Their typological approach to identifying entrepreneurial personality is based on an understanding that all persons possess, to varying degrees, personality characteristics that relate to entrepreneurship. It is the level of intensity in the presence of each trait that distinguishes each person’s entrepreneurial style.



The EPSI measures 12 personality traits that related to entrepreneurship.
